Select your Xerox printers
6. Select Remove Device from the top of the screen
7. Reinstall the Xerox printers
8. If Windows does not find a Driver, browse the printer manufacturer website for Drivers.
9. Download the Driver and follow the instructions given by the printer manufacturer.

Most of the time, you can bring the Xerox printers back online with a few clicks in Windows, but if not, there are additional troubleshooting steps you can take.
Step 1Reboot your printer by shutting it off and turning it back on again. Give the unit a minute or two to finish booting.

Step 2Verify that the Xerox printers is plugged in to your computer (for local Xerox printers) or that it has network connectivity. If the Xerox printers is a networked unit, double-check the link light on the back of the printer to make sure it’s flashing green.
