Yoga therapy is a philosophical therapy and is not a physical therapy. When you apply it to your body it enters the core of the cause of the pains and the imbalances that create the pain; touches it and creates that rhythm.
The effects of stress due to the current lifestyle on human body and mind are significant. We take care of these effects by providing Yoga therapy to the patients. Dr.Kothadia being a student of B.K.S.Iyengar Institute teaches the required Yoga Aasanas (keeping in mind the symptoms and disease) to the patients and gets them done personally. It helps them to develop their will power, positivity and faith in themselves, corrects the imbalance of Doshas and helps in a fast recovery. Sometimes we ask patients to perform the required asanas in an acute phase too, to provide them symptomatic relief such as in acidity/flatulence and constipation.
